A bit more about the person behind the pages.

Hi, I'm Sarah! I'm a paediatric occupational therapist who spends my days diving into ball pits, blowing bubbles, and getting covered in paint, all the while supporting children's development. Of all the tools I use in my work, books hold a special place—they are a wonderful experience for a child and a great way to help them learn.

My husband and I have two daughters and another baby on the way. Our family recently moved to the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, where we get to enjoy sunny days, sandy feet and outdoor adventures everyday.

My first book, The Tug of the Plug, has come to life with the amazing help of my publisher, Luke, illustrator, Nicole, and editor, Marlo.​ I hope you enjoy my books as much as I enjoy creating them.
